ABOUT

Papaya Verte began as a way for Jaki to reconnect with her Vietnamese culture and identity through cooking. What started in her kitchen has grown into something to share – through supper clubs, market days, and private events – bringing people together over comforting, authentic Vietnamese food.

Jaki recently shared her adoption journey as part of a documentary featuring incredible stories, ranging from Vietnam war veterans to refugees who fled by boat, leaving everything behind.
